To start, an accident happened regarding the first room we were given, and the front staff fixed it quickly with no hesitation. The staff, valets, front desk, and the Five Thirty lounge were all great. Not just helpful, but often going beyond to make our stay a great experience. The gym was clean with good equipment. The Five Thirty rooftop lounge was beautiful and relaxing spot. The room was spacious and comfortable. On top of that, it had the most comfortable bed I've slept on in years of travel. That's a huge point. The downtown location is great for a casual walking vacation. It all adds up to a top tier hotel stay.

Very nice, valet parking is a must and worth the price because there are many shops and restaurants in the immediate area. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is amazing with many choices! The room and the entire building is very clean and beautiful. The elevator is secure as your room key activates the elevator for your floor!

Loved our stay here! The room was beautiful and clean and the hotel lobby and lounge elegant. It’s walking distance to a number of bars, restaurants, and other venues and just across the street from a lovely park. The staff were all very friendly and accommodating and we will gladly stay here again next time we’re in the area.

Wonderful hotel and experience. It’s location is perfect and the hotel design is beautiful. Staff is very friendly and helpful. The complimentary breakfast was great — I’m always happy when I see an assortment of hot sauces! Fully impressed. The beds are comfy and the bathroom is big and roomy. I really enjoyed our stay — we will use this hotel for all future visits!

A good night sleep is the hallmark of a good hotel. And it’s not about mattresses and pillows. It’s about room temperature. They really should post that the rooms have no air conditioning, because no matter what temperature you turn it down to the room stays a constant 75° day at night. I don’t know about you but I always sleep best in 70° or lower. I don’t feel like that’s an unrealistic temperature to sleep in. Sleeping in this room was miserable. Why even put a thermostat in the room if it doesn’t do anything when you lower the temperature for your room? if you’re like me and require a sub 70° to sleep in pass on this hotel. FYI it is 60° outside yet. It’s 75° in this room.

If I visit the area again, I would absolutely stay here again. The staff was excellent -- attentive and friendly. The location is prime and the price was reasonable. My room was nice and clean and just as expected. I can't say enough good things about my experience. Great free breakfast, too.

Was in for a quick overnight after an exhausting day. Emma at the valet was an absolute sweetheart! Her service and happy energy was contagious. She even recommended a good place to grab some dinner.

We love this Hyatt. The location is wonderful - you can walk to the square with great little shops and restaurants. We ALWAYS stay here when we visit our granddaughter who is graduating from UT. The staff is great, super friendly and very accommodating! 5 Stars in every category!
